Chad and Maldives are not included in the above list because they became eligible for Line 2 funding after they paid their outstanding assessed  contributions, which occurred after the cut-off date above. 

** Grenada, Lao People’s Democratic Republic and Palau are not included in the above list as they were admitted as Member States of the Organization at the 2nd Special Session of the Council, held from 29 June 2018.
