including women, youth and those with poor access to resources, compounding vulnerability, compromising adaptation and inducing population movement in the region.

Ultimately, the project will bring together SADC and IOC Member States and Officials with a view toward setting regional priorities, cooperation, and cross-fertilization from countries’ policy and operational experience in regards to streamlining environmental change, including climate change into migration management policies and/or migration into environment and development policies.
