This project aims to promote multiculturalism and acceptance of migrant, foreign and minority populations among Ukrainian youth through a public awareness campaign and encouraging government institutions to include a cultural diversity subject in the extracurricular activities of Ukrainian schools. A Living Library Toolkit will be made available and will include (1) A 30 minute documentary film featuring xenophobia-related myths and stereotypes embedded in the society at large (2) A Living Library training manual consisting of a 50 page manual, diversity quiz templates, post event questionnaire templates, Q&As, power point presentation summary, instruction video explaining how to carry out the Living Libraries, etc. (3) Living Library accessories (design and technical information) available for use and adaptation to local contexts as necessary (e.g. youth oriented PSAs, information bulletin, posters, postcards, t-shirts and visuals for the production of souvenirs and collectibles).
