A seminar on developing national migration legislation within the RCM framework will take place covering the following main topics: 1) Migration Legislation and Migration Management; 2) Migration Legislation and Human Rights; 3) Basic Elements of Migration Legislation; 4) National Experiences of the RCM Member Countries.
This Seminar will support various countries that are currently in the process of revising their national migration legislations, as is the case of Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala and Dominican Republic.
The Seminar also seeks to support Central-American governments in harmonizing migration legislation within the framework of regional integration processes.
