Migration Policy Activities
The main objective of this project is to foster intra regional migration in Central Africa through promoting Policy makers' knowledge of the principles and objectives of Migration Governance and the identification of specific challenges linked to the implementation of the regional Free movement protocol . The project has two main components:
1) Capacity Building component: Training of Trainers on the Migration Governance Framework for ECCAS staff and selected individuals from ECCAS and CEMAC Member States, including officials responsible for migration data collection;
2) Research component: Support the appropriate implementation of the free mouvement protocol through the production of a study that highlights challenges and recommendations for the way forward.
