The objective of this study is to contribute to increased knowledge and the pool of evidence on migration trends and dynamics, routes, vulnerabilities, smuggling networks and methods in Africa. The study aims to achieve this objective by investigating and analyzing the mixed migration movement of populations from Ethiopia through and across 6 countries in Southern Africa; Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Mozambique, Botswana and South Africa.
